Lucy joined Minnow in November 2008 to production manage 'The Trouble with Girls', and has since become their in-house Production Manager.

Before joining Minnow, Lucy worked for a number of independents such as betty, Twenty Twenty and RDF working across a wide range of productions including Breaking Up With The Joneses (C4), Grandad's Back in Business (BBC2) and Spendaholics (BBC3).
